What we do
European vehicles are engineered differently — the tolerances are tighter, the systems are more integrated, and the diagnostic software is proprietary. Most general shops aren't equipped for this work. They may be able to swap parts, but diagnosing the root cause of a BMW, Mercedes, or Audi issue requires the right tools and genuine familiarity with the platform.
ACME Autoworks has worked on European vehicles extensively — BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, MINI, Land Rover, and Porsche. We use manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools that go deeper than a generic OBD scanner, and we don't guess at causes.
We also work on diesel trucks and passenger vehicles — Duramax, Powerstroke, Cummins — with the proper diesel diagnostic equipment and parts knowledge that most shops lack.

Do you work on BMW in Austin?
Yes — BMW is one of our most common European vehicles. We carry BMW-specific diagnostic tools and have worked on models from 3-series to X5 to M cars.
Can you work on my Mercedes-Benz at home?
Yes. We use Mercedes XENTRY/DAS diagnostic software and can perform most service and repair work on-site.
Do you work on diesel trucks?
