How much does a mobile AC recharge cost in Austin?
It varies by what the system needs — a basic recharge runs less than a shop visit and includes our on-site diagnostic. We'll give you a quote before starting any work.
Can you find and fix AC leaks on-site?
We can identify most common leaks using UV dye and pressure testing. Small leaks (hose fittings, Schrader valves) are often repairable on-site. Major leaks (condenser, evaporator) may require additional parts.
Can you replace an AC compressor at my location?
Yes, in most cases. Compressor replacement requires evacuating and recharging the refrigerant system — we have the equipment on the truck.
My AC works fine in the morning but blows warm by afternoon — what's wrong?
This is often a sign of a slow refrigerant leak, a failing compressor clutch, or an issue with the expansion valve. A diagnosis will pinpoint it.
What refrigerant does my car use?
Most vehicles since 1994 use R-134a. Newer vehicles (2021+) often use R-1234yf. We carry both.
